Assistant Superintendent, Multifamily Construction Overview

Vero Sade is looking for Assistant Superintendent, Multifamily Construction in San Antonio:

Must have wood frame multifamily experience.  Looking for a leader who knows how to accelerate a schedule and lead a diverse team of subcontractors to success.  Must have a reputation of building high quality projects within budget and on time.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Must have completed at least 2 multifamily projects start to finish.  

MS Office (Excel, Word,) Procore

Ability to manage multiple trades

Ability to communicate effectively

Strong organizational skills

Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolutions

Be able to read and understand construction blue-prints

PREFFERED

MS Project

Procore Superintendent Certification
