Long time partners Daniel Bassichis of Admiral Capital and Yoni Sade of Sade Capital have joined to create Vero Sade, leveraging each firm’s complementary expertise, strong capital markets experience and extensive track records.
Yoni Sade
Co-founder
Yoni Sade is the co-founder of Vero Sade and the Founder and Chairman of Sade Capital, previously Elite Street Capital. Prior to forming Vero Sade, Yoni led the repositioning of over 135 multifamily and single-family properties. Additionally, he built a property management company that managed over 10,000 units. Sade Capital has a portfolio value of $1.5B, with $440M in equity raised and invested. The company is one of the leading developers of high-end homes in Houston, with over $100M in completed projects-to-date.
Daniel Bassichis
Co-founder
Daniel Bassichis is the Co-Founder of Vero Sade and Admiral Capital Group, overseeing all strategy, fundraising, investor relations and deal sourcing. Dan’s companies have acquired over $3B of real estate and private equity assets and deployed over $600M of equity with a focus on niche strategies within multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. He is also the Co-Founder of Fitler Club, a private lifestyle club in the heart of City Center, Philadelphia. Dan completed $15B in advisory and financing transactions during his tenure with Goldman Sachs investment banking division, with a focus on leveraged buyouts of publicly traded real estate companies. He also serves on the board of Tecmotiv, a defense company serving the United States government and Friends of Carver, a non-profit started by David Robinson to support education in lower income communities.
